Your posts are usually very funny and apt, but I feel a burning need to say your comment about a party being lame because your husband is the only person there under 40 is, sorry, ageist. So over-40s can't be fun? Come on! OK maybe his work party is lame, but it's not because of ages. Anyway, otherwise love the blog! Fight the good fight against holiday sweaters!

For the record: The advent calendar sweater was a HUGE HIT. There were rules... You take something, you leave something.

I was a walking White Elephant Gift exchange. We had to put up a velvet rope to keep the crowds from going out of control and possibly damaging the sweater.

It will be worn again this week to a regular Christmas party. I will report on it's success.
